  Level of service is disgusting. Our table hadn't been cleaned, we eventually had to move to another table. They forgot half our order while staff were chatting and using theirs phones. We won't be going back there because they repeatedly deliver terrible service.

  We went for toasties and coffee at 4:30 on a wednesday afternoon. We were unsure whether they were open because all the people sitting were in one side of the area. We went to order and the staff member behind the counter did not greet us and as we started our order she picked up her phone then walked into the kitchen area then came back and pretended like she didn't just ignore us. Our coffees took way too long and we could see that as the staff member was making our coffee she was having a casual conversation between other members of staff and a random young woman. The coffees were alright, mine (mocha with almond milk) was really good but my mums flat white was very average. The staff member who brought our food was obviously sick and although we did not see her cough on or near our food, the staff member was coughing all over the tables, and wasn't covering her mouth. The price paid was not worth what we had
