It's a sandwich Bar, what is there to say

Terrible service, rude employee My father went into this shop to claim his birthday subway. This is the 2nd year in a row where he has walked in with his printed ticket to claim his free 6inch sub and 600ml drink. Both times he has had the same server and both times terrible service. Even though he is not paying for his meal this time around does not mean he should be getting terrible service. This isnt the first time it has happened before. Everything from tone of voice to arguing about hos drink size. I dont think anyone of us be coming here again as this has happened on more than one occassion. Not pleased at all.
